Aperçu

Turn your technical knowledge into real influence by developing the part of you beyond the data—the part that compels action.

Don’t Let Your Ideas Die in Translation

Engineers, developers, researchers, and technical professionals:If your expertise is high but your communication doesn’t match, your message won’t land—and your impact won’t scale. This training is built for you.

Most communication workshops focus on surface-level fixes or soft-skill theory. This one goes straight to the jugular—what makes people listen, trust, and act.

You’ll walk away with tools you can use immediately—techniques to clarify your message, connect to any audience, and communicate in a way that leads, not just informs.

THE EDGEWORK METHOD: CLOSING THE GAP BETWEEN KNOWLEDGE AND INFLUENCE

The EdgeWork Method is built on my three decades as a professional acting teacher, director, and performance coach in New York City—combined with years of translating that system for engineers, scientists, technical leaders, and sales teams.

Actors are trained to do one thing better than anyone else: make a message land with power—right to the heart of their audience, no matter how complex the script. I’ve adapted that framework for STEM professionals who aren’t looking to perform, but need to command a room, demystify complexity, and lead with conviction that drives action.

This is the opposite of training people to act. It’s about helping them identify and eliminate the obstacles that block authentic, empowered, and simplistic communication.

When a brilliant mind doesn’t communicate a brilliant idea brilliantly, there’s always an obstacle in the way. Remove the obstacle—and the value of that person, idea, team, or company rises exponentially.

🧭 What to Expect During the Session:

  • 0:00 – Welcome + context setting
  • 0:20 – Live coaching: witness a behavioral transformation
  • 0:40 – Feedback from Anthony & participants
  • 0:50 – Q&A, wrap-up & next steps
  • 1:00 – A class ending cyber applause.
