The word “Cancer” evokes an abundance of emotions and thoughts. Images stream through our minds of “bald heads,” “a person in a hospital bed,” and “death.” These images can bring on Panic in an instant. Our human instinct to fight or take flight is triggered and we are swooped up in swirling emotions and painful thoughts.
At The Cancer Journey we understand this intimately. Panic is part of the journey and it can slow down your healing process.
As a cancer support organization, we have tools and techniques that have helped hundreds of cancer individuals. Our Panic to Powerful Program will help you move from the clutches of PANIC and into the freedom of your own personal POWER.
The first step is to participate in our “no fee” 90-minute Panic to Powerful Workshop for cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers. In this workshop, you will...
1. Gain Peace by learning about your Panic.
2. Feel supported by knowing what to do when Panic shows up.
3. Find a new and strong ally in your Powerful Self with our proprietary tools – The S.L.A.M.S. Model and The Cancer Journey Roadmap.
4. Reacquaint yourself with your Dream because you are more than your Cancer.
5. Be energized by self discovery, new learning, and stimulating community.
Our Panic to Powerful Program is a process. We know that solid sustainable shifts take time. And, the first step is the most important. We’ll give you the roadmap and the support you need, if you’re willing to do the work. Are you ready to step away from Panic and into your Power?
