This session will cover the road map for starting a business, including:
- Creating a Lean Canvas business plan
- Deciding on a business structure
- Reviewing business financing and funding ideas
- Discovering low or no-cost marketing ideas
- Understanding how to test a customer/client market base
The session will also include a list of all the excellent resources available in Northwest Arkansas. Kimberly Randle from the Northwest Arkansas APEX Accelerator office will be available to go over government training, contracts, and certification.
Whether you're starting a new business or just have a business idea written down on a napkin, this workshop will provide practical insights to help you succeed.
