Why we need to work together now more than ever.

In a Forbes article titled, &quot;Why Collaborating With Your Competition Can Be A Great Idea,&quot; the author shared research indicating that &quot;coopetition&quot; could be a financial win for the organizations that opt to go that direction.“Nowadays, the best partner might be your direct competitor,” says Paavo Ritala, a professor of Strategy and Innovation at LUT University of Technology in Finland. “Competitors tend to face similar markets and use similar resources and technologies. They typically have to deal with similar challenges at large.
