1. How do I join the session?

Accepted Answer

You'll get a confirmation email from Eventbrite after you register. That email will include the link to join. We'll also send a reminder with the link closer to the event.

2. What platform are you using?

We’ll be using Microsoft Teams. You don’t need a paid account, but it helps to download the app in advance if you’re joining from a phone or tablet.

3. Do I need to have my camera or mic on?

Not at all. You will not be seen on the call.

4. Will it be recorded?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we’ll be recording the session.

5. What if I can’t make it live?

Accepted Answer

That’s totally fine. As long as you’re registered,  you will be able to access the recording afterwards.

6. Can I ask questions during the event?

Absolutely. You can use the Q&A function to ask questions that the panel members will attempt to answer.

7. I didn’t get the link. What do I do?

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it’s not there, message us through Eventbrite or email hello@itk.uk and we’ll resend it.

8. What if I’m running late?

No problem. You can join at any time using the same link. We’ll be keeping things pretty relaxed.
