Come learn and experience 3 Somatic IFS practices which integrate the timeless wisdom of

Traditional Chinese Medicine, qigong, yoga, and the interpersonal insights of Internal Family

Systems (IFS). Participants will receive a practical yet profound understanding of where Self

energy comes from and practices to explore generating it. Drawing upon his unique

background as an Integrative East-West Physician, Certified IFS therapist, authorized qi gung

teacher, yoga teacher, and over 20 years experience exploring the mind-body-spirit

connection, Dr. Steve Chee will be sharing 3 specific practices he has developed for self care,

health and healing. Together, we will explore generating embodied Self energy individually and as a group.

· Learn where Self energy comes from in a very practical yet profound way

· Experience 2 specific practices for generating Self energy in a way that attunes specifically to your system and your parts

Who's the facilitator?

· Dr. Steve Chee loves blending the best of two worlds. Science and spirituality. Ancient and modern. Eastern and Western Medicine. Traditional wisdom and IFS.

· He is Quadruple Board Certified (Family Medicine, Integrative Medicine, Medical Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine) and is also a Certified IFS Therapist

· He also served as faculty at the University of Santa Monica’s Spiritual Psychology program for 10 years where he worked with students in creating their own “radiant health & well-being program.”

· For over 20 years he has explored the mind-body-spirit connection... this includes meditation, Spiritual Psychology, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Mind Body Medicine, Energy Medicine and IFS. He is a trained yoga teacher and received authorization from a qi gung master to be a qi gung instructor.

· Following his own experience with burnout, he discovered one of his greatest joys in life is in supporting others in embodying their own loving heart!

In Dr. Chee's Own Words

"Are you curious where Self energy comes from? Would like to learn self care practices that support deepening the awareness of Self energy? I recently presented a version of this content at the IFS Conference and it was really well received. Several people have told me they wish they could have seen it, so I wanted to share a version with the Rocky Mountain IFS Community. Since experiencing a kundalini awakening over 20 years ago, I’ve been studying and exploring the mind-body-spirit connection. I’ve since become specialized as an Integrative East-West Physician, Certified IFS therapist, authorized qigong teacher, and trained yoga teacher. I’m really excited to share with you how I’m utilizing timeless wisdom from Traditional Chinese Medicine and integrating it with the personal insights of Internal Family Systems (IFS)."
