Clay Pit Ponds State Park Preserve is a 265-acre natural area near the southwest shore of Staten Island. The Interpretive Center offers the community free educational programs, cultural and natural history exhibits, and trail access.

Join us at sunset to monitor the frogs in our ponds. We will walk up to 1 mile in the dark, flashlights provided.WHEN: Thursday, May 7th, 8:00pm - 9pmWHERE: Nature Interpretive Center. Please use our address to navigate to the park: 2351 Veterans Road West, Staten Island, NY 10309WHO: All Ages. Trails are not stroller friendly.All programs are free! Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. If we are sold out, feel free to walk up and see if we have open spots.Outdoor programs are subject to cancellation due to inclement weather, call for updates.
