Enjoy an evening of unexpected pairings. You'll pick up tips on creating crispy fried chicken every time and pairing your menu selections with the perfect glass of bubbly.

Menu

• Korean Fried Chicken with Asian Slaw 

• Southern-style Fried Chicken with Biscuits

• Chinese-style Oven-fried Chicken with Chicken Fat Fried Rice 

Each dish will be paired with a sparking wine, Cava or Prosecco.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
