About this event

Our Saturday morning sessions are so successful, we decided to add a Friday night option! After the taproom closes at 9, we move all of the furniture, scrub everything, and light the candles (they’re actually LEDs), then open back up for a class at 10pm. This class is not a traditional yoga class - our Friday night candlelight sessions normally consist of a Sound Bath & guided Meditation! It's a great way to wind down from the hectic week and increase mental focus. After class, there's a 20% discount on beer to take home!

Frequently asked questions

Is it FREEEEEE??? As in free, free?

Yep! There is no charge for this class. Tips for our instructor are always encouraged, but not required.

Do I need a yoga mat?

We have a couple of "house" mats, but there's no guarantee that we'll have an extra mat for you, so we encourage you to bring your own.

Parking on a Friday night in Deep Ellum can be crazy, where should I park?

I've never done a "sound bath", do I need a swimsuit?

No! There's no water involved! Our instructor will guide you through meditation while filling the room with ancient tones from a set of resonating bowls. It's pretty amazing.

Can I bring my dog?

Since it is a meditation class, we prefer not to have distractions of pups running around, but service animals are allowed if needed.
