Is it suitable for beginners?

Absolutely, this is a safe space and you make it as gentle or as challenging as you wish it to be.  I very much encourage individuals to listen to their bodies and I give a lot of options and choices.

Question 2

I have an injury, should I join the class?

Accepted Answer

Yoga is great for rehabilitating an injury, but it is always important to check with your doctor/qualified health practitioner first.

Question 3

If I like the class, can I get a discount for booking a bundle?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is much more economical to book 5 classes as a bundle as this reduces the cost of each class to £7.00 per session.  This would be booked directly with Lisa.  Check in with her on the day.

Who is my yoga instructor?
