IGNITE (Spicy Flow)
Fridays 9:30AM & Saturdays 8:15AM

This class offers yoga and movements that will build heat and promote endurance and flexibility. Expect fun and challenging sequences with a spicy soundtrack to match the mood.

Bring:
a mat and towel if you have them
water bottle

Wear:
Barefoot or yoga socks
Comfortable clothes that allow movement while staying put
