Friday Fit!

MCFTB and Semper Fit are partnering to deliver fitness and wellness together in a weekly, hour long class. Classes will be held on the Marina/Bayview Lawn. During inclement weather, classes will be held inside the Jerry Coleman Center.

Please wear workout clothes and shoes, and bring plenty of water and a towel. Any required weights or equipment will be provided.

Children are welcome to attend with their parent. Parent will be responsible for their child during the class.

Must have base access. Base access sponsorship is not available for this event. This event is open to all DoD Authorized Patrons.
