Welcome to the Friday Evening Soundbath at Hope Wellness Center! Join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience to unwind from your busy week.

🪻Arrive 10 minutes before (6:50) to check-in in the front waiting room. There are restrooms as well as teas & waterfountain for you to use before the soundbath begins in the backroom studio.

📵🤫7pm-8pm🧘🏿‍♂️🧘🏽‍♂️🧘🏽‍♀️Soundbath will begin shortly after everyone has settled in with a brief introduction by El, the sound practioner.

💧What to bring: your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or whatever feels comfortable to lie down on.** Body temperature rends to drop when in a relaxed state. A light blanket or extra layer of clothing is recommended.

💧💧A liquid vessel/bottled water

Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments that will help calm your mind and body. Let the vibrations wash away any stress or tension, leaving you feeling refreshed and renewed. This in-person event is the perfect way to start your weekend on a positive note. Come and treat yourself to a blissful evening of sound healing.
