Frequently asked questions

Should I do anything special to prepare?

No special preparation is required for a sound bath. It would help to be well hydrated before your experience, as sound and vibration travel much better through water. Eating something light at least an hour before may also be a good idea so you are not distracted by a hungry stomach.

Will I be placed in water?

No, you will not be submerged in water during a sound bath. The term "sound bath" refers to immersing oneself in sound and vibrations from crystal bowls and other instruments.

What should I wear to the session?

No special clothing is required. Dress for comfort. The more comfortable you are, the more you will be able to relax and fully engage in the experience. Loose-fitting clothing is best. If you tend to get cold easily, bring a light blanket.

What should I bring and what is provided?

At this venue, yoga mats are available; however, you can bring your own. Most participants prefer to stretch out and lie completely flat. If you have issues lying down, please get in touch with me for alternative options. Bring a light blanket, small pillow, or eye mask for comfort.
