Frequency Flow
Frequency Flow is a weekly 90-minute movement session in Pasadena built around tribal rhythms and Afro House — music with weight, pulse, and direction. Woven through that are Latin grooves, world music, blues, oldies, and whatever else the room calls for. No choreography. No mirrors. No performance. Just music, space, and people who showed up to move.
The floor is a shared space — open to every age 18 and up, every body, every experience level. Whether you've danced your whole life or haven't moved freely since childhood, this is yours.
