About this event

Join Eric Mosley, founder of Black Mat Yoga and Italia Woodson, The Sol Healer for the first of many yoga and sound healing events called Frequency Flow. Spend your Friday night elevating your frequency in community with yoga and sound healing. After the practice, enjoy food, drinks, and conversation.

Mats are provided or you can bring your own. Non-alcoholic drinks and light bites will be provided. Change the way you spend your Friday nights and join us for movement and vibes.

Attendees will leave with some specially curated gifts from lululemon and other partners to help you to keep the frequencies high when you leave.
