Frequency Flow: A Creative Reset
Frequency Flow offers an intentional creative reset that weaves together curated music, guided journaling prompts, and sound bowls.
About the Program
This installment of Frequency Flow offers an intentional creative reset led by Janiyah Shelton. Designed for creatives, artists and innovators, this session creates space to pause, recharge, and reconnect with clarity.
As a counterbalance to constant stimulation, participants are invited into a practice of stillness, deep listening, and embodied presence. The experience weaves together curated music, guided journaling prompts, and immersive sound bowl meditation to support nervous system regulation, spark creative inspiration, and foster meaningful community connection.
