Freeland Spirits is thrilled to announce Freeland's First Flight, a grand opening celebration of our brand new craft distillery and tasting room. One of the nation's first women owned and operated distilleries, Freeland Spirits is excited to bring Portland a full sensory and educational experience at its new home in NW Portland. Enjoy live music, libations, <A HREF="http://www.tastebudpdx.com" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Tastebud pizza</A>, and the very first public tours of the distillery. Event proceeds will go to our neighborhood social service agency, <A HREF="http://www.friendlyhouseinc.org" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Friendly House</A>.
Drink: Bartenders Leah Brown of <A HREF="http://www.angelfaceportland.com" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Angel Face</A>, Kacee Solis of <A HREF="http://www.barcasavale.com" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Bar Casa Vale</A> and Angie Ross of <A HREF="http://www.clydecommon.com" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Clyde Common</A> will be serving up their favorite versions of Freeland Gin cocktails.
See and Learn: Tours of our beautiful new distillery will take place every half hour from 6pm to 8pm. Be one of the first to see our 500 gallon German copper pot still that will be making our unique gin and whiskey.
Taste: Slices of <A HREF="http://www.tastebudpdx.com" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Tastebud Pizza</A> 
Dance: Live music from <A HREF="https://www.facebook.com/ChantiDarlingMusic/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Chanti Darling</A> from 8-10pm.
Community: Proceeds from Freeland's First Flight will go to <A HREF="http://www.friendlyhouseinc.org" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Friendly House</A>, a non-profit community center that has been providing social services for youth, families and seniors since 1930.
Details: The event is free! When you arrive you'll buy $5 tokens, each good for a cocktail or a slice of pizza. Bottles of Freeland Gin will be available for purchase for 35.95.
