This virtual meeting is open to the public in accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act (5 U.S.C. app. 2).

The National Archives and Records Administration's (NARA's) Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Advisory Committee will host a virtual open meeting, the tenth of the 2022-2024 term. The purpose of this meeting is to hear updates from its three subcommittees: Resources, Implementation, and Modernization.

WHEN: Thursday, May 9, 2024, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM ET.

HOW TO ATTEND: Members of the public are welcome to:

PUBLIC COMMENTS: You must participate in the meeting via Webex to offer oral comments during the public comment period of the meeting. Public comments will be limited to three minutes per individual. REGISTRATION INFORMATION FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO ATTEND VIA WEBEX: There is a two-step registration process to virtually attend this meeting.

Step 1: You must register by 11:59 PM (ET) on Tuesday, May 7, 2024.

Step 2: Registrants will receive a message from OGIS that provides access information.
