Jess Crutchfield is a multi-passionate woman and health coach who is devoted to raising awareness and vitality in people to create a healthier human race and a healthier planet. She is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Thai Bodywork instructor at Boulder Massage Therapy Institute, Yoga & breathwork teacher, and Boulder Zouk High Brazilian Zouk dance community organizer. Her belief is that we all innately have the capacity to heal ourselves if only given the chance, and so she incorporates tools in her work like breath, movement, and functional medicine practices to revolutionize how we care for our health.

A bout Hatha Yoga: The practice incorporates elements of flowing movements like you'd find in a vinyasa class, longer held poses to help you discover concentration, meditation, abiding contentedness, and peace, inversions, balances, gentle yin-like postures for releasing, pranayama breathwork, meditation, and of course, deep healing relaxation. Hatha Yoga builds strength, endurance, and flexibility through the Asana (postures) and Pranayama (breathing techniques). While it may seem challenging at times, the practice can be modified for a more gentle experience. With regular practice of Hatha Yoga you will experience radiant health and a more peaceful life.
