Free 60 minute all levels class to live music .Please bring your own mat/blocks and bottle of water to class and arrive 15 minutes early! Beginners are welcomed and encouraged. Kid friendly for little yogis that would like to participate . Donations are appreciated 🤗 So grab a friend or a loved one and meet me on your mat on the green at Quarry walk. Enjoy some brunch , shopping and music after class! Rain date 9/22/24
