Join Fitness Formula Clubs on Sunday, June 23 from 10 - 11 am for Yoga In The Park! Our free community vinyasa-style yoga class will be held in Grove 2 in Lincoln Park (near the intersection of Clark and LaSalle - look for the FFC flags).
In honor of FFC's 40th Year, we are raising money for By The Hand, a Chicago native organization that helps children who live in under-resourced neighborhoods have an abundant life. Class is open to both FFC members and non-members and will be followed by a free social opportunity for all attendees. Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle for class.
