Join me Monday evenings for a rejuvenating (free!) session of yoga at Wilmington Park. Take a moment for yourself after your busy day to relax, stretch, and center yourself in good company and surrounded by nature. All levels are welcome, whether you're a seasoned yogi or trying it out for the first time. Please bring your mat, water, and any props you might want.
