✨FREE UP✨ DANCEHALL WORKSHOP with Edz Gyamfi

Let go of all the stresses in life and hold a vibe outside with Free Spirited movements from Jamaican Dance Creators that have made great contributions to Dancehall culture. This workshop is an ongoing conversation about diversity & inclusion along with the importance of connectivity within community.

This session is suitable for all skill levels, packed with fun & excitement. We will begin by exploring basic techniques, rhythm/musicality and vocabulary as tools that serve as practical for social dancing.

Primarily focusing on strictly party moves/grooves from the Old, Middle and New School eras of Dancehall.

Please feel free to bring any comfortable attire that you'd dance in. It's the workshop that'll have you one step closer to booking a flight to Jamaica to party. :)
