The Free To Be Women’s Leadership Conference is an annual event that brings together barrier-breaking women across all generations, ethnicities and industries who are leading well within their respective lanes right here in our community. The event is hosted by Tami Tenbarge and is dedicated to unlocking new thinking, elevating faith and turning ideas into impact. The conference features lively panels, dynamic keynotes, one-on-one interviews, worship music, performing arts and interactive experiences that inspire women to expand their vision and be more effective within their sphere of influence. Free To Be is a growing women’s community that builds up, equips and mobilizes women into living their God-given purpose!

Tami has been in both the corporate and faith based public speaking and professional development industry for over 20 years. As a busy wife and mom of three, Tami is multi-passionate and loves to travel with her family and friends, lead worship and write music, serve in the community and along with Habitat for Humanity, has a health and wellness business, along with her career as a corporate executive, certified leadership trainer, speaker and coach. She feels called to serve women and help mobilize them into leadership whether that be in their home, workplace, church or community --she feels there's always room to grow and develop into your full potential!
