We will practice moving energy powerfully, gently, mindfully, imaginatively, creatively through our body to release and restore the freedom of our dynamic and expressive sound. We are vibration. We are energy. Our voice connects us physically to the flow and spirit of our vibration as radiant sound. We practice remembering we are sound, remembering we were created to connect as open hearts, open minds and as love - through our Voice.
