About this event

  • 2 hours

We will begin this workshop with a brief visualization exercise to unlock inner sources of strength. Liberating across-the-floor exercises set to an epic dance playlist will develop balance, flexibility, rhythm and artistry. Together we will explore the healing power of movement and learn to carry it with us beyond the dance floor.

All ages and abilities are welcome.

This class is intended for bare feet or socks. However, if sneakers or dance slippers are needed for support issues, no problem.
