<P CLASS="MsoNormal"><SPAN>Tabata Bootcamp is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout that takes participants through increasing intensity exercises for short intervals of time followed by a period of rest. The microburst intervals are typically stacked into 30-minute workouts. The class in Cross Creek Ranch should take about 30 minutes.</SPAN></P>
