Will there be refreshments?

Yes, we do provide snacks and drinks at each class.

Suicide can be a sensitive topic. Will there be someone to talk too if I get upset?

Yes. Our Certified QPR Trainers are equipped to walk you through any emotions that might arise. They are available to speak privately at any point in the class.

Do I get a certificate?

No. We do not provide a certificate for this class. However, it is beneficial knowledge for anyone to know. The skills learned in QPR can aid you the rest of your life to be proactive and helpful in a crisis situation.

What does the class look like?

We try our best to make our QPR trainings welcoming and calming due to the nature of the topic. We have 1-2 Certified QPR Trainers that are present at all times, refreshments, and a quiet space.
