FREE self-defence classes

PSBL and Modern Arnis Martial Arts have teamed up to offer a series of FREE self-defence classes to women aged 18+

Our self-defense classes which are female only are designed to teach women in our community to defend themselves in a safe environment.

The classes will focus on de-escalation techniques as well as active self-defence and most importantly confidence building.
