Description
P.G. ANON is the latest play by Julie Jensen, Utah's most produced playwright. You've seen her plays SHE WAS MY BROTHER and CHRISTMAS WITH MISFITS (she also contributed to several SLAMs and (IN)DIVISIBLE) at Plan-B, as well as multiple productions at SLAC (most recently WINTER) and PYGmalion (most recently WAIT!).
P.G. ANON tells the story of three women, all accidentally pregnant. Claudia, 45, who already has five children; Tiffany, 30, a woman of the streets; and Sheila, 17, a high school senior, involved with a man above her age and station.
We watch each of them dealing with the fact, the fear, the threat: trying to get used to it, trying to change what cannot be changed. They live two lives at once, one based on the familiar, the other fractured and imagined. One life is full of people, friends, family; the other is lived in isolation and alone.
In partnership with Planned Parenthood Association of Utah.
