Yup, it's 100% free—no strings attached. We offer these classes to let folks try us out, hoping you'll have a blast and maybe even come back for more

What do I need to bring?

Just bring yourself, comfy workout clothes, a water bottle, and a towel if you wanna wipe off that hard-earned sweat. We've got the equipment covered

How hard is the class? I'm a beginner.

No worries! The class is scalable for all fitness levels. You'll be encouraged to go at your own pace, and we'll show modifications for different exercises.

How early should I arrive?

We recommend getting here about 15 minutes early. That way, you've got time to fill out any paperwork, get the lay of the land, and warm up a bit.

Do I need to sign up in advance?

While walk-ins are welcome, signing up ahead of time guarantees your spot and helps us plan better. Plus, it's easy to do through our website or Eventbrite

What's the class format? What kind of exercises will we do?

It's a bootcamp style, so think a mix of cardio, strength training, and maybe even a little HIIT. You'll get a full-body workout, but don't stress—we'll guide you through it.

Can I bring a friend or two?

Absolutely, the more the merrier! Just make sure they also sign up in advance if possible.
