Please wear layers, dress comfortably in sportswear (we WILL be stretching!), and in shoes that slide easily. No sneakers if you can help it (or at least make sure they slide and glide on the floor). Please practice good hygiene, and bring a bottle of water - you WILL need it! :)

From day one, you’ll go beyond just memorizing steps—you’ll develop solid salsa technique, body movement, and styling.
