Offshore Sailing School

At Offshore Sailing, we want everyone to experience the gift of sailing!
So every Saturday and Sunday this season we are offering FREE SAILING rides in NYC!
Join us at North Cove Marina in Brookfield Place for an hour of sailing from 9-10 AM on Saturday and Sundays.
Limit 1 free ride per person per season. Must be 18+ years old or 7-17 years of age with a parent/guardian.
Spots are limited, only 10 available each day, so be sure to reserve your sailing experience today!
This is a community sailing initiative. You must show a valid NYC ID to participate. As this is a free sailing opportunity, we reserve the right to cancel at any time up to and during your ride if conditions warrant. If we do cancel, no rescheduling will be available. Offshore Sailing School and North Cove Sailing School are not liable for any loss or damage to property that may occur. Please leave valuables at home and accept that you are willingly engaging at your own risk. You will be required to sign a waiver before you board the boat.
You will be sailing on 26’ sailboats, sitting where you may get wet. And you may be asked to help steer the boat and handle lines that control the sails. Please wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe non-skid boat shoes or flat, rubber-soled shoes you use for exercising.
