FREE PRENATAL YOGA CLASS (South Loop)

From bump to birth and far beyond, Weissbluth Pediatrics is committed to providing the highest level of accessible and personalized care to families. During pregnancy, we offer FREE prenatal fitness classes to expectant moms.

This prenatal yoga class is designed for expectant mothers in all stages of pregnancy. The focus of this class is to safely prepare the body for labor through mindfulness practices and breathing techniques as well as creating space in the pelvis and key poses that help alleviate the discomfort of leg cramping, ankle swelling, sciatica and general back discomfort. Suitable for all levels.

This class is led by Cassi Stuckman.

Cassi teaches yoga at a variety of yoga studios in Chicago, where she leads classes that focus on the partnership of the breath and movement while cultivating mindfulness with a playful tone. Cassi has completed over 1,000 hours of teacher trainings and has developed her personal style of yoga over the last ten years of teaching. Her prenatal yoga classes are intelligently designed for mothers-to-be.
