Free Prenatal and Postnatal Massages

  • 1-hour time slots by appointment only for NYC residents.
  • Massages are for person(s)one year out.


To reduce maternal stress and improve labor outcomes.

Facilitator:

Safiya Hassan, founder of N-diya Center for Healing and Divine Deliveries Center for Reproductive Health and Childbirth, is a RN and holistic practitioner with over 20 years of experience in the health care field. Her desire to facilitate healing and promote preventative health initiatives in the community led her to develop the Well Woman Program at the Family Wellness Suite at the Brownsville Neighborhood Health Action Center.

NYC DOHMH Family Wellness Suite: A safe, welcoming and supportive space for women and their families to connect to community resources and city agency services for support. Visitors can get help avoiding eviction, enrolling in health insurance and finding a job.
