Join us on February 5, 2024 in an introductory workshop, we will be discussing the 4th trimester, what that means, and what it can look like. Through an exploration of postpartum mood disorders that may occur, we will provide in-depth descriptions of symptoms, how to recognize early warning signs, and how to find support for yourself and/ or your partner.


Following the introductory workshop, we will hold five monthly small-group sessions to explore the highs and lows of the 4th trimester.

Healing Circles

Led by Love & Kindness, to support the Mental Health needs of Harlem and NYC residents. The two groups that will be offered: Postpartum Depression, Grief and Loss.

The workshops will open to the community and will be held bi-weekly and are facilitated by 2 licensed therapists whom are also experience with working with people managing complex trauma, depressions, anxiety, stress, Grief & loss, interpersonal conflict. Facilitators also specialize working with people who identify as LGBTQ and those who navigate the hurtful impacts of homophobia, racism, sexism and other practices of inequality in our society.
