University of Nevada Cooperative Extension is an outreach unit of the College of Agriculture, Biotechnology & Natural Resources. We design and deliver community programs to residents of Clark County with other agencies and volunteers. We learn about the needs of our county and develop programs to meet them. We offer education, training and instruction in Health & Nutrition; Children, Youth & Families; and Water, Horticulture, Economics & Environment.


Guest speaker Professor Emeritus Bob Morris will discuss overall pomegranate tree care including: propagation, pruning, irrigation, fertilization, common diseases/pests, and general care to increase your fruit production. Space is limited, if for any reason you are unable to attend, please contact us as soon as possible so we can alert a person on the waitlist.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?  Yes. If you find you're not able to make it, please contact us at walkerd@unce.unr.edu so we can change the name on your registration to a designee of your choosing or to open the ticket up to our waitlist.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?  You do not have to bring your printed ticket to the event. We will have a registration table set up where you can sign in.
