FREE music video shoot for IMMORTAL GIRLFRIEND - extras needed!

Milwaukee electronic duo IMMORTAL GIRLFRIEND is filming a music video at Turner Hall! The project features an action-packed Pro Wrestling match, and the band is looking for a BIG CROWD to fill the venue and bring their energy to the screen. All synthwave and pro wrestling fans are welcome!

• FREE ADMISSION: watch the action, take direction, and enjoy a performance from midwest pro wrestlers facing off with Immortal Girlfriend in the ring
• PG-rated wrestling signs and posters are encouraged! Get creative and stand out!
• Please avoid clothes with large branding and graphics
• This event is FREE, but spaces are limited. You will need an Eventbrite ticket for entrance, so sign up and book your spot now!

LEGAL RELEASE BELOW

WITNESSETH:

In consideration of the respective covenants contained herin, the parties hereto, intending to legally bound hereby, agree as follows:

FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the Ticket Holder(s) hereby grants to the Production Company and to its licensees, assignees, and other succcessors-in-interest, all rights of every kind and character whatsoever in perpetuity in and to my performance, appearance, name and/or voice and the results and proceeds thereof (herinafter referred to as the "Performance") in connection with the Music Video entitled IMMORTAL GIRLFRIEND - CALLING (herinafter referred to as the "Product"), and hereby authorize Production Company to photograph and record (on tape, film, or otherwise), the Performance; to edit same at its discretion and to include witht he performance of others and with sound effects, special effects, and music; and to incorporate same into pictur or other program or not; to use and license others to use such recordings or photographs in any manner or media whatsoever, including without limitation unrestricted use for purposes of publicity, advertising and sales promotion; and to use my name, likeness, voice, biographic or other information concerning me in connection with Product, commercial tie-ups, merchandising and for any other purpose.

By obtaining admission and attending event for Product, I hereby waive all rights and release and discharge Production Company from, and shall neither sue nor bring any proceeding against any such parties for, any claim, demand or cause of action whether now known or unknow, for defamation, invasion of right to privacy, publicity or personality or any similar manner, or based upon or relating to the use and exploitation of the Product. I agree that Production Company owns all rights and proceeds of my services rendered in connection herewith as a work-made for hire.

By obtaining admission and attending event for Product, I agree that there shall be no obligation to utilize the authorization granted by me hereunder. The term of this authorization shall commence on the date hereof and be without limitation.

By obtaining admission and attending event for Product, I warrant and represent that I am over the age of 18 years and that I am free to enter into this agreement.
