Welcome to Unconditional Word - A Free Affirmative Meditation Class featuring mindfulness, writing, and visualization! Join us online every Sunday at 7:00 PM EST / 4:00 PM PST for an evening of relaxation and creativity. This event is perfect for anyone looking to unwind, tap into their imagination, and connect with others in a virtual space. Our circle will focus on guided meditation, reflective writing exercises, and exploring the depths of our imagination. Come as you are, no experience necessary. About the Facilitator:
Jordan Benn is a well-being consultant and certified mindfulness teacher who knows that collective well-being is our most valuable asset. Jordan began practicing meditation, journaling, and visualization on his own as a teenager to enhance his self-esteem and overall well-being. Since embracing a lifestyle centered around presence and affirmation, he’s noticed his holistic health dramatically shift for the better. Inspired by his own transformation, he's felt called to share with his community.

He's collaborated with innovative executives, workplaces, and grassroots organizations to amplify well-being through content development, program management, and training. His primary intention is amplify well-being for all people who desire it; with full respect for their cultural background, and lived experience.
