Sharing about your grief does not lead you to recover from it; still, it can help you feel better at the moment. Whether your grief is from a loss or unmet hope, your feelings and grief are real and significant. Thankfully, you are not alone.
Having experienced grief since childhood and then helped more than 25,000 people successfully move through and beyond grief with more ease, Dr. Tan is here to help you navigate the ups and downs of grief.

This is an ONLINE event. For safety, registration through this link is required. *Please ensure your Zoom screen name is the same as the one you use to register.* Once you register, a page from Zoom will appear with the link to join.

Grief can cause us to be very erratic. My heart goes out to you for having to experience grief. Still, if your behavior disturbs other participants, you might be removed from the meeting. If this occurs, you may receive one complimentary one-to-one 15-minute grief support session by emailing DrTanForGrief@gmail.com. **We welcome kind words & sharing but advise you to refrain from giving money or advice to chat participants as there are so many myths about grief in society. Also no selling, self-promotion, or political/religious debate.**
