Say Yes to Me! Explores two models of self trust with you. You will first learn about the Pillar of Self-Trust which is made up of three competency clusters you can use to trust yourself more. The next model is the IFB Model of Self Trust (AKA The Say Yes to Me! Model) and takes you on a profound journey that has the potential to take you to higher levels of self-trust.
