You are all cordially invited to join us at our very first IHUB Yoga Fest 2024 to celebrate the 10th International Day of Yoga. While the event is free for all, registration is mandatory.

The event is limited to 300 registered participants on first come first serve basis. Please register by May 15th.This event will be unique as instead of usual yoga practice, we'll have 10 yoga experts sharing their yogic expertise, breathing / alignment techniques, practice insights, philosophy, scientific research, meditation tips, etc. There will also be table displays of products, flyers, research (no selling of any kind).

General outline of the program: 9 a.m. - check in and networking
9:30 a.m. - Yoga presentations
11 a.m. - Vegetarian lunch
12 p.m. - Good bye
