This is a no cost class for people who are new to the home-buying process and for first-time home buyers who are interested in qualifying for the WA State Housing Finance Committee (WSHFC)Down-payment Assistance Program (DPA). If you meet the criteria for the WSHFC DPA you will receive certification after participating in our class. Please note co-buyers must both obtain certification.
