Why get screened:<ul><li>Pain or discomfort in the groin or abdomen</li><li>Bulge or swelling in the pubic area</li><li>Burning or aching sensation at the hernia site</li><li>Feeling of heaviness or weakness in the groin</li><li>Severe pain, nausea, or vomiting</li></ul> What to Expect:<ul><li>A brief hernia education overview will kick off your session, followed by the screening. Please note that attending the education session is mandatory for the screening.</li><li>Complimentary hernia exam with a Northwest Healthcare licensed provider</li><li>On-site scheduling for surgical consults if needed</li><li>Opportunity to "test drive" the surgical robot used for hernia surgeries</li><li>Light refreshments will be provided.</li></ul> Event Details:<ul><li>Date: Wednesday, September 10th</li><li>Time: 4:00 - 7:00 PM</li><li>Location: Northwest Medical Center Cafeteria and Classrooms A/B</li><li>Age restriction: 18 years or older required for attendance.</li></ul> Our experienced surgical teams in Sourthern Arizona with Northwest Healthcare specialize in outpatient surgeries, including minimally invasive hernia repair.
