What to expect -
Hatha Flow; This Hatha class is a breath-based practice emphasizing precise postural alignment for healthy joint space and the mindful linking of breath and movement.
Instruction is specific enough to accommodate beginning students and the practice is strong enough to challenge seasoned practitioners. Postures are flowed into then held for a sustained period of time to open and strengthen the body as well as quiet the mind.
