What if my child has no experience?
Perfect! This seminar is designed for children with no previous experience so they’re going to do great!
What ages are allowed to attend?
The event is suitable for ages 6 to 12.
What if my child is not very physically fit?
No problem, all the techniques will be fun and easy to learn for children regardless of their physical fitness level.
What should my child wear?
Comfortable workout attire is recommended. A t-shirt and shorts will work perfectly.
What will my child learn?
Your child will learn several self-defense techniques as well as important boundary setting strategies from the Gracie Bullyproof program. By the time the seminar is complete, you will understand why the world is falling in love with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and why Gracie Bullyproof is the chosen path for so many children beginning in BJJ around the world.
