About Gentle Warrior Yoga Flow
This all levels yoga class was created for a gentle start to your Saturday morning. Connect to your breath and awaken the body through mindful stretches, warrior 2, tree pose, and savasana: final relaxation.

About Bianca Natali | 200 RYT + Wellness Program Creator
Bianca created the wellness program at THesis Hotel in 2022. Since then, she has hosted over 2,000 guests in the Paseo through Saturday Morning Yoga classes and wellness events. Her goal is to continue building community and partnering with local facilitators.
About Leti Romano | 200 RYT + June Guest Teacher
Leti began practicing yoga during her college years, but it wasn’t until 2023 that she discovered the power of healing through yoga. In Early 2023, she stepped into a hot yoga studio called Mimi Yoga, and she loved how it connected her to her breathing, mind, and body.
About Stephanie Mejia | 200 RYT + June Guest Teacher
Stephanie is a dedicated yoga practitioner and certified instructor. She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Mukta Yoga in Mexico City under the esteemed guidance of Andrea Borbolla in October 2023. Specializing in Restorative Vinyasa, Stephanie leads classes that are both gentle and challenging, focusing on flows that integrate breath awareness and movement.
What To Bring
Please bring your own yoga mat & water bottle for hydration. Yoga mat rentals are limited.
Parking
Parking garage entrance is on US1 behind the hotel entrance and is estimated between $3-5 per hour. Their are also limited Pay by Phone parking spots outside of the hotel entrance. Valet is also available - prices vary depending on arrival.
Tickets are limited so please make sure to cancel your spot for someone else if you are no longer able to attend.
You will be required to sign a waiver upon arrival.
