Family Foundations is a unique program that supports couples and co-parents on their journey into parenthood. Throughout these free and virtual classes, participants build communication skills, identify their values in parenting, work through issues, and build a stronger foundation on which to raise their family. Participants are sent workbooks to accompany their lessons in the class.

All classes must be attended by both members of the couple or co-partnership. Each cycle is taught by 2 of our experienced Family Foundations instructors according to the Evidence-Based Model of the program. If you’d like to read more about Family Foundations, you may do so here.

The program is made up of 5 prenatal classes (to be taken before you give birth) and 4 postpartum classes (to be taken after you give birth).

The next 5-class cycle of prental classes will begin on Tuesday, June 18 5:30-7:30pm. Register now to join!

Each class will be 2 hours long and will cover a different topic relating to communication and preparing for parenthood. Once you have completed all 5 classes, and you have your baby, you can return to complete the 4 postnatal sessions.

If you AND your partner or co-parent would like to enroll in the upcoming cycle listed above, please register here!
