Fiona Rose is the founder of Body Bliss. She is an Access Bars Practitioner, Intuitive Medium, and Belly Dance teacher.  She is passionate about teaching women to love their bodies and find their BLISS.Fiona has taught Belly Dance for women for the past 20 years across the globe.  She has found that Belly Dance is an integral part of boosting a woman's self-esteem and self-confidence so they can feel sexy and radiant in their own skin! Fiona integrates her method of Belly Dance as a safe and effective tool for moms in all stages of life.Fiona’s many years as a Certified Personal Trainer, Reiki Master and Nutrition Coach gives her the experience to work with and understand the unique needs of the female body.
